For any actions that exceed the contract’s compliance, the user will need written authorization from IMPULSA NETWORK, SL., and it is prohibited for the user to access, modify, or view the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by IMPULSA NETWORK, SL., assuming civil and criminal liability for any incidents that may occur in the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious actions on their part.

Intellectual property of hosted content

1. Any use contrary to Spanish laws or that infringes third-party rights.

Protection of hosted information

IMPULSA NETWORK, SL. makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers, however it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee full restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the time since the last backup.

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content preserved in backups made by IMPULSA NETWORK, SL., when the loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of recovery, always subject to the user’s prior acceptance.

The restoration of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the content loss is due to causes attributable to IMPULSA NETWORK, SL.

Commercial communications

In application of the LSSI, IMPULSA NETWORK, SL. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means of communication that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.

In the case of users with a prior contractual relationship, IMPULSA NETWORK, SL. is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services of IMPULSA NETWORK, SL. that are similar to those initially contracted by the client.

In any case, the user, upon verifying their identity, may request not to receive further commercial information through the Customer Service channels.
